CHAI LATTE is the exotic milk mix drink from Emmi. Having already created the autumn 2014 campaign «#MyChaiTime» as the lead agency, Plan.Net Suisse was also awarded the spring campaign.
The central task was to increase brand awareness and loyalty among the relevant target group on Facebook.
To this end, Plan.Net Suisse elected the Emmi CHAI Latte CHAI Queen 2015. Over a period of four weeks, fans had the chance to take part in inspiring weekly tasks in order to ultimately claim the crown of CHAI Queen 2015. It was all about the exotic world of Emmi CHAI LATTE and the interests of the young, female target group: the participants inspired each other in Facebook comments with decor tips, styling ideas and unusual recipes. And: they collected additional points with every cup of Emmi CHAI LATTE. In addition to the title of Queen at the end, each week there were five exotic surprise packages to be won.
The race for the crown was hotly contested: 2,392 Likes and 470 comments were recorded and the Facebook posts reached a total of over a million people. Plus, three young ladies now proudly hold the title of «CHAI Queen 2015».
