Fine Food is the premium range from Coop for everyone for whom food means enjoyment and joie de vivre. The face of the brand is top chef Ivo Adam. In the «Ivo Adam calling» campaign, his car breaks down and he has to help his guests cook dinner via telephone.
Plan.Net Suisse used a surprising recipe to strengthen the classic campaign and led the target group to the Fine Food home page. For this purpose, Ivo Adam communicated very personally and in a direct way with the user via banners. In this way, the target group was directly involved in the campaign and developed a personal connection to the Fine Food brand.
Plan.Net Suisse orchestrated standard banners, special installations, expandable video ads and a format that was completely new to Switzerland, the floor ad, to create a coherent online campaign. And it hit the spot with the target group: the measures led to just under 60,000 visits to the home page and generated over 20,000 competition entries (almost 37% of all visits). For their part, the competition participants provided no less than 6,100 further recommendations. In short: the interactive user integration enchanted an above-average number of people and far surpassed the specified targets.
