Swisscom "Vivo Flex"

THE IDEA

With its new Vivo packages, Swisscom is offering six different TV, Internet and (optionally) landline telephone solutions that are precisely tailored to customers’ individual needs.

Plan.Net Suisse was commissioned to communicate the individuality and flexibility of the packages online and to position Swisscom as a trustworthy telecommunications provider.

In a TV spot, the celebrities Melanie Winiger and Sir Roger showed in person that requirements for communication solutions can vary widely. Plan.Net presented the protagonists in a diverse mix of ad banners, playing with their celebrity status in a tongue-in-cheek manner. Special promotional measures like a branding day on Blick.ch with fictional headlines about the two celebrities and a YouTube masthead attracted additional attention. Interested individuals were linked from the banners to the landing page where an online advisor was immediately on hand to recommend the correct Vivo package.
